La segunda etapa de la obra de Eustachy Kossakowski se inició en 1970, cuando el fotógrafo abandonó su Polonia natal y se instaló en París.
Durante esta etapa el autor buscó un nuevo concepto de fotografía que encontró al volver a los orígenes, a un registro objetivo de la realidad, un registro no sometido a ningún criterio de valor y que convertía al proceso y no al resultado en el objeto de la fotografía.
En “A 6 metros de París (159 fotografías objetivas)”, Kossakowski logra hacer uno de los reportajes más sinceros de la capital gala, simplemente fotografiando placas que señalan la entrada a la ciudad.

The second stage Eustachy Kossakowski’s work began in 1970, when the photographer left his native Poland and settled in Paris.
