Solarizaciones // Solarizations (by Man Ray)

Man Ray’s biographers have him as a frustrated painter and an accidental photographer. In between painting and photography, he was a versatile artist who worked very productive in the various techniques until his death. Precursor of Dada and Surrealism and experimented with photography and mastered a laboratory technique called solarization (effect is obtained on the negative reexposed to white light during development and that this technique is also known, at present, like Effect Sabattier). This discovery, at least with creative possibilities, is attributed to Man Ray.
